Order Cancellation or Modifications

When you place an order with Funky Gadgets, you enter into a legally binding contract. As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, some items, like custom-made products, may not be subject to the standard 14-day cancellation rights. However, if your order has not yet entered the production phase, you can still cancel it and receive a full refund. To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will confirm whether your order has entered production. Be sure to check your email confirmation for order accuracy before contacting us.

Order Arrives Damaged

At Funky Gadgets, all products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, in the rare event of any issues, please contact us immediately at funkygadgets1@hotmail.com or call our customer service team at +447532798679. If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please note “damaged” on the delivery note. If the product itself is damaged, reach out to us, and we will arrange for a replacement. You have 7 days from receiving your order to report any damage or defects due to manufacturing or shipping. We may request digital photos of the issue or ask you to return the product for inspection. Rest assured, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns and Refunds

For products that are custom-made to your specific requirements, it is your responsibility to measure correctly. If you are uncertain about our products or need help with measurements, please contact our customer services team before placing an order. You can also use our online measuring guide. Please verify your order details through the email confirmation, as we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for incorrect measurements.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we may ask for the item to be returned for inspection. Once we receive and assess the product, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

For non-customized items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in a resalable condition. To arrange a return, please contact us. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a full refund. The original delivery and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If needed, we can organize a collection for a £12.50 charge per parcel.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us in advance and provide your order number. When returning items, ensure your order number is clearly written on the package to facilitate identification. Use appropriate packaging to protect the item during transit.
